简历:
博士,研究员,博士生导师,水生态系统健康学科组组长,淮安研究中心主任。2009年获美国西弗吉尼亚大学博士学位; 2009-2010年在美国多芬岛海洋所、美国国家海洋与大气局、美国国家河口研究保护区做博士后研究;2010-2014年在美国阿肯色大学渔业中心任助理教授和实验室负责人(PI),讲授本科生和研究生湖沼学、河流生态学、水质管理等课程,独立指导研究生论文、带领研究团队先后主持和参与由美国国家环保总局(US EPA)、美国农业部(USDA)、美国地质调查局(USGS)、美国航空航天局(NASA)及阿肯色州政府(State of Arkansas)等资助的课题,主要研究美国中阿巴拉契亚山区、北墨西哥湾和密西西比河流域人类活动干扰下鱼类等水生生物群落、水质、生境和生态系统健康,密西西比河生态修复、以及美国南方水产养殖系统的优化和生态系统管理等。2014年底由中国科学院人才计划引进回国,受聘为研究员,受中国科学院、生态环境部、科技部、世界自然基金会等单位资助,目前主要研究气候变化和人类活动干扰下长江流域水生态系统健康评估、修复和水生生物资源养护、南水北调东线工程的水生态环境效应和水质安全保障研究、深圳市城市水生态系统健康的长期监测与评价、以及全球大河流域(如长江-密西西比河流域)水生生物资源与环境比较生态学研究。在美国渔业学会(AFS)等国际学术组织和团体担任学术职务,作为长江-密西西比河流域长期研究网络和国际研讨会系列(MYRIBS)的主要联络人。
