个人简介:
长期从事船舶结构分析与轻量化设计、结构冲击动力学与防护设计、基于代理模型的优化算法等方面的研究工作,主讲研究生课程优化设计原理与方法,本科生课程船体强度与结构设计。担任《中国舰船研究》《舰船科学技术》编委。
本人领导船舶冲击动力学与轻量化设计团队,本团队每年可招收10-12名硕士研究生和1-2名博士研究生,也根据科研需求招聘若干名博士后研究人员。团队资助所有博士生和优秀硕士生参加境外国际学术会议、所有硕士研究生参加国内学术会议,为研究生提供有吸引力的科研补贴和高水平论文奖励。欢迎有志于从事科学研究、勤奋踏实、正直向上的青年学生加盟!欢迎具有船舶与海洋工程、力学、数学等专业背景的学生报考。
