个人基本情况

杨帆(Yang Fan, Associate Research Fellow),博士,华中科技大学副研究员。2009年获华中科技大学电子科学与技术专业学士学位,2012年获中国科学院微电子研究所电子通信与工程硕士学位,之后加入西班牙CIC nanoGUNE研究中心攻读博士学位,2016年获西班牙巴斯克大学博士学位。曾在CIC nanoGUNE研究中心,Ctechnano Coating Technologies公司以及美国圣地亚哥州立大学从事博士后工作。2020年10月至今加入华中科技大学机械科学与工程学院。
主要研究领域为多孔材料/结构气相原子层沉积-渗透技术工艺;能源催化材料精细加工及制造;微纳制造工艺及装备。在 Nature、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、 Energy & Environ. Sci.等相关领域主流期刊发表多篇SCI论文。
