2012年至今,华中科技大学,光学与电子信息学院电子科学系,讲师

研究领域:

声表面波传感器的设计、模拟与制备及其无线识别系统;

新型微波铁电、压电材料与器件的研究(薄膜体声波谐振器、压电声子晶体);

高性能微波、射频信号处理器件的研究;

纳米敏感材料与器件;
研究成果及奖励:

一直从事以声表面波器件和体声波器件为代表的微波射频器件和传感器的研究工作,有丰富的数值计算和器件设计经验。以第一作者和通讯作者在Sensors&ActuatorsB、IEEEsensorsJournal等权威期刊,IEEEultrasonicsymposium等超声学领域的国际顶级会议上发表学术论文多篇,是美国电气和电子工程师协会(IEEE)会员。曾获得华中科技大学优秀共产党员、华中科技大学优秀博士后、华中科技大学三好研究生等多项荣誉。
