男,1984年出生。主要从事铁电材料理论和制备工艺研究。主要学习和研究经历如下:

2002.09-2006.06就读于湖北大学电子科学与技术系,获工学学士学位;2006.09-2010.12就读于华中科技大学,硕博连读,专业为微电子与固体电子学,获工学博士学位。
2010.12至今毕业后留校工作,任电子科学与技术系讲师。
研究方向、领域:

铁电、热释电材料与器件,红外传感器技术
主要成果:

在SCI杂志上发表论文14篇,其中以第一作者在JournalofAppliedPhysics和JournaloftheAmericanCeramicSociety等杂志上发表论文5篇。申请了发明专利4项,其中以第一发明人申请了发明专利2项,一项已授权(该专利获2011年日内瓦国际发明展览会银奖,排名第一)。
作为项目负责人承担的项目有:国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金、教育部电子信息功能材料国防重点实验室开放基金、华中科技大学自主创新基金和中国兵器工业集团第二一一研究所合作项目各一项。博士期间作为项目负责人承担了华中科技大学研究生创新基金(以同批项目第一名成绩结题)和博士论文创新基金各一项,作为科研骨干完成了国家“973”项目、“863”项目、国家自然科学基金、信息产业部国标修订项目、国防科工局军品配套项目和民品配套科研计划“十五”重点项目各一项,广东省教育部产学研项目、武汉市科技攻关计划项目(已通过鉴定)和科技型中小企业创新基金项目各两项。
