饲料青贮发酵技术及营养价值评价(Silage fermentation and manipulation);
反刍动物营养(Ruminant nutrition)。
项目成果 曾先后主持与参加国家及省部级等项目14项,参编中文、英文和日文专著各一部。目前发表科技论文100余篇,其中SCI论文50余篇。获国家科技进步二等奖1项,农业部神农中华农业科技奖一等奖1项,国家发明专利6项,实用新型专利3项。
