研究方向
研究方向为分子生态学和生物信息学。主要以二代、三代测序为手段，通过基因组学、比较基因组学、群体基因组学、转录组学相关研究方法，对西北地区濒危动植物极小群体的成因以及其维持机制进行解析，同时开展物种在极端环境下适应性的相关研究。
