个人简介:王琦,男,博士,讲师。2004年毕业于兰州大学物理系,获理学学士学位,同年9月在兰州大学物理科学与技术学院凝聚态物理专业攻读博士学位。期间受兰州大学与中国科学院联合培养。2011年至2013年在原子开关(AtomicSwitch)概念提出者日本国家物质材料研究机构(NIMS)WPI中心青野正和(M.Aono)和长谷川刚(T.Hasagawa)教授课题组从事原子晶体管的博士后研究工作。是JSTCREST项目“AtomTransistor”与日英战略国际合作项目“Nonvolatileatomtransistorsandlow-powerlogicsystems”项目组主要成员。现工作于兰州大学物理科学与技术学院。先后获得2008年兰州大学首届研究生学术年会优秀奖;获得2008年9月在北京召开的“THE5THCHINAINTERNATIONALSYMPOSIUMONTRIBOLOGYANDTHE1STINTERNATIONALTRIBOLOGYSYMPOSIUM-IFTOMM”国际学术研讨会优秀posterpaper奖;获得2008年香港求是科技基金会颁发的“求是研究生奖学金”。近年来主要参加中国科学院“百人计划”项目1项,国家“863”计划项目1项,JSTCREST项目及日英战略国际合作项目各一项。目前主持在研的有教育部博士点新教师基金一项,科技部国际重点合作项目子课题一项。
