简历： 效存德，男，甘肃定西人，汉族，1969年9月出生。
1992年 兰州大学地理科学系自然地理专业，获学士学位。
1997年 中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所，获博士学位。
2002年-2004年 北京大学物理学院从事博士后研究。
2002年-2003年 美国缅因大学气候变化研究所做访问****。
2007年9月-10月法国原子能机构、法国科学院气候与环境科学实验室做访问****。
2004年11月 中国气象科学研究院研究员，中国科学院、中国气象局冰冻圈与环境联合重点实验室研究员。
2006年6月 中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所“****”，中国气象科学研究院客座研究员。
