简历: 李新荣,男,出生于1966年。1990年被国家教委公派至前苏联留学,1995年在莫斯科大学生物系地植物与生态学专业获博士学位。1998年被原中科院兰州沙漠所晋升为研究员、博士生导师。现为中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所创新研究员(二级)、博士生导师、生态与农业研究室主任、生物抗逆生理生态实验室主任、沙坡头沙漠研究试验国家站站长、中国科学院研究生院教授、国家****基金获得者。
先后在澳大利亚阿德雷得联邦科工组织水土所(1999)、美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学生物多样性研究中心(2001)和德国柏林工业大学生态研究所(2005)进修和高访,多次参加国际会议并做会议邀请报告。任《中国沙漠》副主编、《植物生态学报》编委。
