学术成就
2004年获得理学博士学位,2008年获得中山大学硕士研究生导师资格,2010年1月聘为副教授,2015年1月聘为教授。从事水生经济动物繁殖和育种的研究工作,对水生经济动物重要生产性状的形成与控制开展研究。在水生经济动物繁殖机理方面,系统地分析了鱼类新型神经肽编码基因的在摄食调节和生殖调控中的功能,筛选出对鱼类性腺发育成熟、性别转换、排卵和产精、生长和发育起重要促进作用的功能基因。在水生经济动物优良品种培育方面,将传统育种技术与现代生物技术相结合,开展了家系选择育种,杂交育种和细胞工程育种研究,培育出了优良杂交新品种;建立了水生经济动物性别控制技术,构建了草鱼和石斑鱼全基因组精细图谱和高密度遗传连锁图谱,筛选出与表型性状存在显著关联的标记,应用于良种的分子选育,现已主持国家级项目5项、主持和参加省部级科研项目22项;已发表159篇SCI收录学术论文,其中第一或通讯作者60篇;申请专利42项,授权22项;获得教育部自然科学奖一等奖1项,教育部科技进步奖一等奖2项,广东省科技进步奖一等奖1项,广东省农业技术推广奖一等奖1项,全国农牧渔业丰收奖二等奖1项。
现任广东省水生经济动物良种繁育重点实验室主任;广东省青年科协常务理事;教育部高等学校水产类专业教学指导委员会委员;中国动物学会理事;中国动物学会比较内分泌学专业委员会秘书长;中国水产学会水产生物技术专业委员会委员;“领航100”广东亿元级青年领军企业实力提升计划“青年科技特派员”。
