主要从事海洋生态环境遥感分析等相关研究,关注于各类有害藻华(包括浒苔“绿潮”,马尾藻“金潮”,夜光藻“赤潮”等)的遥感光谱识别、量化以及形成发展机制等方面的研究。通过结合遥感光谱分析、水体光学性质分析、辐射传输理论和光学反演模型构建等多方面的手段,在海洋、内陆水体有害藻华的研究方面取得了一定的成果,相关成果发表在Remote Sensing of Environment 、Geophysical Research Letters、Limnology and Oceanography等国际主流学术期刊上,主持国家自然科学基金、中国博士后基金等项目。
