二、学科方向
1.药物递送:开发新型生物可降解,生物无毒的治疗型高分子功能聚合物,构建多功能高载药缓控释药物输送体系,在肿瘤治疗,糖尿病,免疫疗法及口服给药中的应用。
2. 再生医学:利用新型功能高分子材料,结合纳米技术、药物缓控释技术与干细胞技术,构建新型组织工程支架材料,用于组织再生,骨修复,创伤修复及干细胞修复的应用。
3. 医学影像:利用新型功能高分子材料及医学成像材料,结合纳米技术,构建新型高效安全无毒的医学影像试剂用于诊疗一体化。
三、科研项目
主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家卫计委科技重大专项(课题负责人)、广东省省级科技计划项目、广州市科技计划项目、深圳市科技计划项目以及高校基本业务费重点项目等科研项目。作为核心成员参加国家自然科学基金重点国际(地区)合作研究项目、广东省“珠江人才计划”创新创业团队等科研项目。

以第一作者或通讯作者在国际高水平期刊上发表100余篇高水平论文,其中超过20篇发表于影响因子大于10的领域主流顶级期刊Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.Adv. Funct. Mater.PNASAdv. SciNano. Lett.ACS NanoSmall;全部160余篇高水平论文总引用超过10500次;申请超过30项国际国国内发明专利(已经获批美国专利1项,中国专利10项)。
