个人详细介绍:

黄熾森教授自2005年以来一直为我院硕士生和博士生讲授《管理学研究方法》,受到广大师生的好评。黄教授1989年毕业于美国普渡大学(Purdue University),获博士学位。目前是香港中文大学管理学系教授,为全球知名的人力资源管理与组织行为学华人教授。黄熾森教授在国际顶级管理期刊发表论文多篇。2002年其以中国企业的劳资信任为题的论文被Anbar数据库(Emerald Management Review)评为当年全球发表的二万多篇与管理有关的论文中最优秀的五十篇之一。黄炽森教授担任多份顶级学术期刊的编委,包括Academy of Management Journal,Journal of International Business,Journal of Organizational and Occupational Psychology,Journal of World Business等。黄熾森教授曾为联合国、世界银行、中国香港政府的不同单位撰写过政策建议及顾问报告,另外也为不同的政府单位﹑社会服务和法定机构提供过培训及顾问服务,社会效益良好。黄教授也是一位非常有爱心的华人学者,多次为我国云南省麻栗坡县等贫困山区捐资助学。
