Profile:
Lisa (Peisha Wu)joined the English Language Center (ELC) of Shantou Univesity (STU) in 2015. Inthe past two and a half years, she has taught three different undergraduate coursesat the ELC with different focuses on speaking, reading, listening andintercultural communication to students of diverse majors. She also teachesEnglish composition in the Department of English to students studying Englishas a double major. Currently, she serves as the advisor for the Writing Studio ofthe Center of Independent Language Learning, training tutors for carryingwriting consultations and writing workshops.
Apart from her teaching and services at STU, Lisa hasgiven academic presentations on her research in second language writing atinternational conferences in Cambodia, Thailand, Macau and Hong Kong.
