| 培养目标： 掌握和运用马克思主义基本理论，具有良好的思想品德素质和刻苦钻研的学习精神。全面系统地掌握本学科的基础理论和专业知识，有较强的教学能力、科研能力和创新能力，知识面较宽广，掌握一门外语。能胜任高校教师工作、科研机构研究工作及其他理论性、专业性工作。 | |||
| 培养的主要内容（方式、方法和要求）：
采用导师个人负责与指导组集体协作相结合的方式进行培养，以研究生的自学和钻研为主，充分发挥导师的指导作用。要求完成培养方案所规定的学位课程和选修课课程及其他学习任务，积极开展科研实践，撰写有较高质量的学术论文并至少有1篇正式发表，在可能条件下多参加社会性学术活动，承担部分科研项目。以一年半时间集中精力撰写符合要求的学位论文。 | |||
