个人主页



张博，现任南方科技大学生物医学工程系副教授、研究员、博士生导师。2010年于北京大学化学与分子工程学院获得学士学位，师从中国科学院院士张锦教授；2015年于美国斯坦福大学化学系获得博士学位，师从美国科学院、医学院双院院士戴宏杰教授。于2021年2月加入南方科技大学生物医学工程系，入选国家“海外高层次人才引进计划”、福布斯中国30 under 30。已发表高水平学术论文 30 余篇，包括两篇第一/通讯作者的 Nature Medicine，总引用超过 5700 次(Google Scholar)，H 因子为 25。张博博士作为首席科学家主持了美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）3 项研究课题，共计 190 万美金，用于攻克疾病诊断难题，所研产品均实现产业化并应用于临床。在加州硅谷联合创立了生物科技公司Apostle Inc.，科研成果已进入临床实践，与世界领先的生物科技公司Beckman Coulter建立全球战略合作关系，并已服务超过1000万名患者。

研究兴趣
课题组研究结合化学、材料学、生物医学等学科的前沿交叉领域，涵盖疾病诊断领域涉及到 的复杂样本处理、生物标志物保存与富集、生物标志物的高分辨率筛选、蛋白质与核酸的高通量高灵敏度检测、自身免疫疾病/传染病/癌症/无创产前诊断等。生物医学工程是人类未来十年的核心发展方向，是产业发展的趋势。课题组致力于探索基因、蛋白序列信息与功能的关系并进行创造，并积极推动技术平台在产业化领域与互联网、物联网的结合。
