关柏鸥教授
关柏鸥,教授,博士生导师,教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”入选者,教育部新世纪优秀人才,广东省高校“千百十工程”国家级培养对象。
1994年毕业于四川联合大学(现四川大学)应用物理系,获学士学位, 1997年和2000年毕业于南开大学现代光学研究所,分别获硕士和博士学位。攻读博士学位期间被派往香港理工大学联合培养,其后在香港理工大学从事博士后研究。曾任大连理工大学物理与光电工程学院教授,期间创建了大连理工大学-香港理工大学光电子联合研究中心,任中心主任,组建了辽宁省先进光电子技术重点实验室,任实验室主任。现为暨南大学光子技术研究所所长。
主要从事光纤器件、光纤传感技术、微波光子技术等领域研究,主持国家自然基金重点项目、教育部新世纪优秀人才基金、教育部博士点基金等科研项目8项,参加国家自然基金重点项目、国家863项目等科研项目11项。发表论文150余篇,SCI收录43篇,被SCI他引290余次,被SPIE Newsroom邀请撰写专文介绍研究成果,12次获邀在国际会议上做特邀报告,18次担任国际会议大会主席、TPC主席、TPC委员和ISC委员,是第十届光通信与网络国际会议(ICOCN2011)大会共同主席、第二届亚太光学传感器会议(APOS2010)大会共同主席、第五届亚太微波光子学会议(APMP2010)TPC共同主席。
