研究领域(Research Area
张凌娟博士在美国有近15年分子生物学和基础医学领域的学习研究经历,及近10年皮肤医学专项领域的研究经验。特别是近年在皮肤天然免疫机制及调控领域开展了一系列独创性的研究工作,发现脂肪前体细胞 (Preadipocytes/Adipocytes) 有免疫抑菌功能,可通过大量释放多肽抗生素来抵御细菌感染,这种抗菌多肽还在表皮角化细胞 (Keratinocytes) 里参与银屑病皮肤炎症的调控, 上述研究成果以第一作者身份在Science、Immunity 和Current Biology等国际顶级学术期刊上,多次受邀在国际学术会议上做学术报告。2011年起,为Journal of Investigative Dermatology、Journal of Biological Chemistry、Oncotarget等杂志担任专业审稿人审阅了近100篇研究论文。 2007年至2011年,担任American Association of Cancer Research (AACR) 专业协会成员; 2011起担任Society of Investigative Dermatology (SID) 专业协会成员。 在UCSD期间以PI身份主持美国国立卫生研究院(NIH) R01研究课题。 2018年加入厦门大学药学院,将继续紧密围绕皮肤宿主细胞免疫调控分子机制开展基础研究。同时将利用厦大药学院在转化医学创新药物研发方面的成熟经验,充分挖掘药物库储备和药物化学的传统优势,在药学院组建以皮肤病免疫调控为靶点策略的全新药物研发平台,利用原代细胞库、3D皮肤模型等前沿手段,与厦大附属医院相关科室开展的临床转化研究合作,促进科研成果应用于临床。
