2012.1-2015.11，在澳大利亚昆士兰大学从事家庭干预的学习和研究，获得哲学博士学位
2016年8月-2017年6月，在福建师范大学教育学院心理系工作
2017年7月至今，在福建师范大学心理学院工作
2017年3月-2019年3月 参加王建平认知行为治疗连续培训项目
2019年5月至今 参加第五期中德高级认知行为治疗师连续培训项目进阶班
