俞晓敏,女,教授、硕士生导师。福建省引进高层次B类人才、校****科研人才、代谢组学平台负责人。发表SCI论文16篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者论文9篇。在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Plos One、Electronic Journal of Biotechnology、Computational and Structural Biotechnology Journal、Industrial Crops and Products、Plant Cell Reports、ACS Omega和Saudi Journal of Biological Sciences等期刊担任审稿人。



研究兴趣

本课题组的兴趣在于研究微生物源和植物源天然活性产物的合成和调控,研究植物相关微生物群体在植物代谢、抗逆以及生长发育过程中的功能和分子机制。主要研究课题有:
1.微生物群体功能、天然活性产物合成及其与植物的互作
2.茶树的次生代谢及其调控
3.茶叶的风味化学
