研究方向：
利用基因组学、代谢组学和消费者品评等方法辅助园艺植物（主要包括果树和茶）育种，改良果实和茶叶品质。
研究课题：
1利用多组学手段解析茶叶重要次生代谢物形成的分子机理；
2柑橘果实风味物质的基因定位和分子标记辅助育种体系的建立；
3蜜柚果实颜色创新育种及消费者品评体系的建立；
4利用多组学技术挖掘草莓果实风味物质相关基因。
