研究描述:
针对恶性肿瘤等重大疾病的检测、诊断、治疗所面临的问题,结合医学、细胞/分子生物学和材料学,设计、发展并建立基于纳米材料的生物诊疗系统,以期实现恶性肿瘤疾病的准确性诊断、定位和高效生物治疗。主要研究方向:1. 生物功能性纳米材料的设计与抗肿瘤效应评价;2. 肿瘤生物治疗与免疫联合治疗的基础研究与临床应用;3. 恶性肿瘤发生发展的分子作用机制与干预策略。

从事恶性肿瘤发生发展的分子作用机制以及抗肿瘤纳米药物传输系统设计与活体疗效研究,目前已在Science advances、Cell Reports、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed、JACS、ACS Nano、Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、Biomaterials等期刊共发表100余篇SCI论文,第一作者/通讯作者影响因子大于10的论文20余篇,H指数45,SCI总引用4500余次,ESI高引用(>1%)论文5篇。主持国家自然科学基金重大研究计划培育项目/青年基金、国家家重点研发计划子课题、重庆市自然科学基金和重庆市青年拔尖人才支持项目等国家/省部级项目10余项,参与国家自然科学基金重点项目等研究项目。现为Advanced Materials、Advance Science、ACS Nano、Adv Funct Mater 和Biomaterials 等40余种国际期刊的特邀审稿人,应邀多次参加国际学术会议并做邀请学术报告。
