研究兴趣 高空间、高光谱分辨率、多时间序列卫星遥感数据融合和变化监测理论和方法的研究,使得我们在全球尺度上获取高分辨率大范围地表覆盖和土地利用动态数据成为可能,为生态系统和人类健康变化监测奠定了数据基础。
基于数学模型、网络分析、生物遗传信息和地理信息系统及遥感技术,建立传染病网络时空传播模型,模拟病原体在全球、中国及区域不同层面的传播,并集成基于智能体的个体模型。旨在预测传染病传播趋势,提升对传染病传播机制和传播途径的科学认识,提供防控疾病传播决策支持,开拓环境变化、病原体进化和疾病传播间关系的研究。
开展了病原微生物的培养、免疫血清学检测、抗原检测和基因序列检测工作,利用生物信息学、分子流行病学、分子病毒学以及空间分析技术,研究病原体基因组遗传与变异规律,分子生态进化,进而探讨全球变化对人类健康的影响。
