工作经历 2000年开始在东京大学土木工程系从事博士后研究工作,2003-2007年间任副教授;2007年回国,任中国科学院青藏高原研究所研究员;2016年,任清华大学地学系教授;2019年,受聘清华大学地学系长聘教授。

研究兴趣 (1)陆面过程、卫星数据同化以及区域气候模拟研究;
(2)青藏高原水文气象过程与气候变化。

奖励荣誉 2013年获得国家科学基金资助,致力于研究青藏高原水汽传输过程和区域气候模拟。

学术成果 主要成果包括:1.发展了被广泛认可的太阳辐射估算模型;2.完善了青藏高原水文气象观测网,开发了高原陆面过程参数化方案和卫星数据同化系统,显著提高了陆面过程模拟精度;3.发现高原太阳辐射近三十年持续减弱,揭示了其变化机理;发现总体上高原水循环加剧,但高原南部水循环减弱,揭示了高原湖泊扩张与收缩的机理。发表论文100余篇,被SCI引用5000余次。
