研究领域与方向 主要从事微流控与生物芯片方面的研究工作,主要包括:一是基于微流控、纳米和传感器新技术开 发用于临床分子诊断和法医 DNA 检验的微型全分析系统及其关键提取、扩增和检测技术,实现分 子诊断和法医物证分析的自动化、现场化和微小型化;二是开发用于细胞培养、操作和分析的阵 列化微流控技术平台,高通量地实现对细胞表形与基因型的多层次系统化分析,用于干细胞微环境、 药物筛选和单细胞测序等方面的研究工作。
