伍晓明博士,副研究员,博士生导师,分别于1994年和1997年在北京理工大学自动控制系获工学学士和硕士学位,于2002年在清华大学精密仪器与机械学系获工学博士学位。随后加入清华大学微电子学研究所工作。2009年至2010年,在美国加州大学伯克利分校传感器与执行器中心(BSAC)作访问。
伍晓明长期从事微纳加工工艺与微纳器件领域的研究与开发工作,已发表科研论文90余篇,获得国家发明专利18项。伍晓明是美国电气与电子工程师协会(IEEE)会员。
研究方向:集成智能传感器、微机电(MEMS)器件、能量收集器、碳基纳米器件、二维材料电子器件等。
