陈虹,清华大学微电子所所长助理,副教授,博导,IEEE高级会员,IEEE异步电路国际会议(ASYNC)技术委员会委员。2005年毕业于清华大学电子工程系,获工学博士学位。分别于2006.2-6和2016.4-2017.3在美国Nebraska大学医学院和佐治亚理工做访问。拥有发明专利23项(包括1项美国专利),发表国内外高水平期刊及国际会议论文90余篇,2本学术专著。作为负责人承担完成多项国家自然科学基金、重大专项、863课题等。多个国际期刊审稿人。荣获电路与系统国际大会ISCAS2013年最佳演示奖,2016年国家级教学成果奖二等奖,2017中国电子学会科学技术奖二等奖,2018全国大学生集成电路创新创业大赛全国总决赛优秀指导教师,2018国际大学生类脑计算大赛优秀指导教师,多次获清华大学SRT优秀指导教师。研究方向为极低功耗电路与系统设计,包括异步电路设计、亚阈电路设计、基于多传感器的数据融合技术及图像识别技术、异步神经网络加速器、异步脉冲神经网络等。研究成果主要应用于低功耗人工膝关节置换术中无线压力检测系统(已产业化)、低功耗人工髋关节置换术中无线姿态检测系统,低功耗无线通信基带电路、高能效异步神经网络加速器和脉冲神经网络等。
