林丽慧博士，经管学院管理科学与工程系副教授。1994年获清华大学电机系生物医学工程专业学士学位；1997年获清华大学经济管理学院会计金融方向硕士学位； 2002年获得美国得克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校经济学博士学位。2002年9月至2011年8月，在美国波士顿大学管理学院信息系统系任助理教授。2011年12月加入清华大学经管学院，任管理科学与工程系副教授。

主要研究方向包括：知识管理，开源软件开发，信息技术投资，实物期权，信息技术合同，知识产权授权，电子商务，技术创新管理，等等。讲授课程包括知识管理（英文授课）和企业资源规划（ERP）（2012年春季学期开始）。

有多篇学术论文发表在国际顶尖学术期刊，如 Management Science，MIS Quarterly, Journal of Management Information Systems，Journal of Product Innovation Management，Electronic Commerce Research and Applications，Managerial Finance，等等。她在信息技术授权合同以及实物期权在信息技术中的应用等方面的研究，在学术界具有广泛影响。目前进行中的研究项目有：社会偏好及模块化对开源软件开发的影响，知识传递中的激励机制的研究，不确定性与信息不对称条件下的信息技术合同，等等。

目前在多家国际顶级学术期刊任编委，包括Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Decision Support Systems, Electronic Commerce Research and Applications.
