清华大学经济管理学院领导力与组织管理系副教授。2002年获得北京师范大学心理学学士学位，2005年获得北京师范大学应用心理学硕士学位，2011年获得美国纽约州立大学管理学博士学位。
王蕾博士的研究领域包括领导力，社会网络和团队知识流通。她的研究工作旨在帮助和管理实践者理解主动性和积极性如何在正式与非正式组织中促进领导者和知识工作者的有效性及身心健康。
2006年至今为美国管理学会会员、工业与组织心理学学会会员，美国南部管理学会会员。担任Journal of Leadership & Organizational studies杂志的编委会成员和Information Systems Frontiers杂志的审稿人。并为AOM, SMA和SIOP等会议审稿。
