清华大学经济管理学院领导力与组织管理系助理教授。清华大学经济学学士（经济与金融专业）、清华大学管理学硕士（组织行为与人力资源方向）、密歇根大学管理学博士（管理与组织方向）。

主要研究领域为组织行为学，主要研究方向包括工作中的时间、精力、与身心健康问题，工作日安排与工作日动态，组织中的积极主动行为等。研究成果发表于管理学的国际顶级期刊《Organization Science》、《Journal of Applied Psychology》、《Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes》、《Human Relations》等。

教授课程包括博士生《管理研究方法》、本科生《管理学》等。
