摘要:随着世界科技的发展,人们越来越重视生态环境及工农业生产的可持续性发展,美国化学会(ACS)10年前提出“绿色化学”的概念,目前得到世界各国的广泛响应,它是指利用化学技术减少或消灭对人体健康、社会安全和生态环境有害的原料、催化剂、溶剂和试剂以及产物和副产物等的应用和生产。因此,相应地出现了绿色毒理学,由于“绿色化学”需从源头做起,从化学物质的设计开始,选择生产何种化学物质,用何种原料、催化剂、溶剂和试剂,以及它的产物和副产物如何,都离不开计算毒理学(又称预测毒理学)。计算毒理学对指导“绿色化学“的生产起着重要的作用。因此,绿色毒理学与计算毒理学是21世纪毒理学的一个方向。

Abstract:With the development of science and technology in the world, the people pay more and more attention to the sustainable development of industrial and agricultural production, and protection of ecological environment. The American Chemical Society put forward "green chemistry" ten years ago, which has been widely responded by all countries in the world. It refers to using chemical technology and methods to reduce or eliminate the application and production of raw materials, catalysts, solvents and reagents, products and by-products that are harmful to human health, social safety and production environment. Therefore, green toxicology appear correspondingly. Since green chemistry needs to start from the source, the production of chemicals should start from the design of chemicals. The selection of chemicals to produce, the selection of raw materials, catalysts, solvents and reagents to use, the invesitgation of its products and by-products cannot be separated from computational toxicology. Computational toxicology, also known as predictive toxicology plays an important role in guiding green chemistry. Therefore, the development of green toxicology and computational toxicology is a direction of toxicology in the 21st Century.
