谢曙光，博士，副教授，博士生导师。目前主要从事环境污染控制、物质转化和循环、环境微生物生态的科研工作。已经作为第1作者或通讯作者发表SCI文章100篇以上，H-index: 28 (Web of Science)。目前担任Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology (SCI源刊) 副编辑、?Scientific Report (SCI源刊) 编委、International Biodeterioration & Biodegradation (SCI源刊) 编委、Annals of Microbiology (SCI源刊) 编委、中国海洋湖沼学会湖泊分会理事。担任 Swiss National Science Foundation评审人、Czech Science Foundation评审人、以及国家自然科学基金评审人。

研究领域

本实验室的研究领域主要定位为污染控制和环境生物技术，具体分为3个方向：
??(1) 土壤和沉积物中有机污染物生物降解和修复
??? 主要开展有机污染物的高效降解菌的筛选与生物强化技术的开发、持久性有机污染物和新兴污染物的生物降解机制与调控策略、以及稳定同位素探针技术识别复杂环境中的原位降解菌等工作。
?(2) 生物-生态水处理系统的微生物生态
?? 揭示生物-生态水处理系统(如人工湿地、生物滤池等）中微生物群落和影响因素、以及污染物的生物转化机制。此外，还开展饮用水管网系统的微生物群落、生物安全性的研究。
?(3) 陆地和天然水生态系统的微生物生态
?? 主要开展水和土壤生态系统中微生物生态和功能、以及与环境因子（或有毒污染物）之间的内在联系的研究，揭示水陆生态系统中物质转化和碳、氮、硫循环的地球生物化学机制。

Dr. Shuguang Xie is an associate professor in College of Environmental Sciences and Engineering, Peking University. He earned his PhD from Tsinghua University. He also worked as a postdoctoral fellow in Peking University and a visiting scholar in Michigan State University. He have published about 70 peer reviewed journal articles in the last five years. He is currently serving on the Editorial Board of Annals of Microbiology (Springer) and International Biodeterioration & Biodegradation (Elsevier), and is a council member of Lake Branch of China Institute of Oceanology and Limnology.
