北京大学环境科学与工程学院，博士，2000年起任长江特聘教授。1999年获国家杰出青年基金资助。
主要研究领域为大气化学、环境与健康。主持二十余项国家、省部级和国际合作项目，在Science、PNAS、Lancet、JAMA等刊物发表SCI论文280余篇，引用9900余次，HI=52。连续5年被爱斯维尔列为中国环境领域高被引作者，入选2019年Web of Science全球高被引学者。2019年当选美国地球物理联合会会士（AGU Fellow) 。
在2005年发起和组织了华北区域大气环境综合观测国际合作实验CAREBEIJING，揭示了北京及华北空气污染形成机制，在国际期刊JGR和ACP上发表3期专刊；带领北大团队提出《奥运会北京空气质量保障方案北京周边省区市措施》，得到国务院批准采纳，在华北六省市实施，为保障北京奥运空气质量做出了贡献。2000年起推动环境健康领域研究，揭示大气污染影响人体健康机制、分析对中国人群风险，系列研究结果发表在医学顶尖期刊如JAMA等。? 阅读更多有关 CV

My research in atmospheric/environmental/physical chemistry has following aspects: health effects of environmental pollution, transport and transformation of air pollutants in megacities and surrounding region, megacity air pollution control, kinetics and mechanisms of gas-phase and heterogeneous reactions in the atmosphere, air-surface exchange of air pollutants and greenhouse gases, atmospheric degradation and transport of persistent organic pollutants. I have been the principle investigator of more than 20 research projects and published more than 280 papers in peer-reviewed journals with more than 9900 citations and h-index of 52. In particular, I initiated and organized an international collaborative research project CAREBeijing (Campaigns of Air Quality Research in Beijing and Surrounding Region) with more than 200 scientist and students participated in it. I led a team to formulate air pollution controlling measures to improve air quality for 2008 Olympics and the measures have been adapted by the Chinese central government and successfully implemented. In 2007 I established the Center for Environment and Health at Peking University and was appointed as the director of the center.
