AbstractThe genus Gonia Meigen, 1803 (Diptera, Tachinidae) is reviewed from China. One new species, G. yunnanensis Hou, Yang & Zhang, sp. nov., are described and illustrated. Three newly records from China, G. foersteri Meigen, 1938, G. nigricoma Lee & Han, 2010 and G. olgae (Rohdendorf, 1927) are noted and illustrated too. Diagnoses of species examined and a key to 14 species of Gonia in China are provided.
