The main principle of its detection is that the change in the photoelectric performance of the photoelectrically active material caused by the identification of the target substance by the biological identification original, which ultimately leads to the change of the photocurrent value. So as to achieve the purpose of detection. In photoelectrochemical bioanalysis, the input signal is light and the output signal is electricity. This gives this detection method the natural advantages of low background signal and high sensitivity. The potential shown by this natural advantage makes photoelectrochemical analysis useful in detection. The field has received more and more attention.
