摘要点击次数:1894 全文下载次数:0 中文摘要: 利用改进的Hummers 法制备GO,采用化学沉淀法合成CuO/GNS复合材料,用X 射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(FESEM)、比表面积测试(BET)等表征了产物的组成、结构和形貌;用循环伏安、恒电流充放电等测试方法对复合材料的电化学性能进行了研究。结果显示:在这种复合材料中,石墨烯作为导电骨架,有利于增加氧化铜颗粒之间的导电性和材料的机械稳定性。大电流放电表现出优异的电化学性能,在 10 A.g-1的电流密度下复合材料的比电容仍可达 276 F.g-1,1000 次循环后比电容仍能保持86.5%,呈示该复合材料具有优异的电化学性能。 英文摘要: graphene oxide is prepared from nature graphite via a way of modified Hummers method, The CuO/GNS Composites were synthesized by a chemical co-precipitation method . In this work, The composition, microstructure and morphology of the samples were systematically characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and Nitrogen adsorption (BET). The electrochemical performances were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and constant current charge/discharge techniques. It was found that the grapheme as conductive matrix, improved conductivity and structure stability of the CuO. As a result, the CuO/GNS exhibit excellent electrochemical performances, and its specific capacitance as single electrode is up to 276 F.g-1 at current density of 10 A.g-1, and remains at about 86.5% of the initial value after 1000 cycles.
