本课题组长期从事生物分子的光学探针与生化分析研究。先后发展了水溶性高分子类、三嗪类、含反应性桥联键等一系列光学探针,并利用特殊的化学反应建立了色氨酸、单线态氧的高选择性光学分析法;基于转氨反应发展了蛋白质N-末端定位标记与局部极性检测新方法等。

Introduction
Our research group mainly focuses on the development of spectroscopic probes and their bioanalytical applications. In the past 20 years, we proposed many new strategies for designing excellent spectroscopic probes, and developed a series of spectroscopic probes for various analytes by utilizing specific chemical reactions. These include: water-soluble polymeric chromogenic reagents for metal ions; triazine-based spectroscopic probes for N-terminal labeling and local structural analyses of proteins; spectroscopic probes with cleavable active bonds for reactive oxygen species and enzymes; highly selective spectroscopic sensing and imaging systems for amino acids, intracellular pH, hydrogen sulfide, etc.

Research

Our research interests are: spectroscopic probes and sensing analysis; biospectroscopy and selective detection; biochemical analysis; molecular recognition.
1. Spectroscopic analytical reagents and their bioanalytical applications: to develop novel spectroscopic (including chromogenic, fluorescent, and chemiluminescent) probes and use them for the analysis and imaging of biochemical substances.
2. Fundamental studies on molecular spectroscopy.
3. Biospectroscopy and selective detection.
4. To develop the test kits or test papers for clinical and biological applications.

课题组简介
本课题组长期从事生物分子的光学探针与生化分析研究。先后发展了水溶性高分子类、三嗪类、含反应性桥联键等一系列光学探针,并利用特殊的化学反应建立了色氨酸、单线态氧的高选择性光学分析法;基于转氨反应发展了蛋白质N-末端定位标记与局部极性检测新方法等。
