课题组简介
本课题组成立于2016年7月,主要研究方向是蛋白质化学生物学。近期研究集中于发展化学方法和工具,实现细胞和活体层次蛋白质的化学修饰与功能调控,并进一步探索其在肿瘤治疗、神经生理和病理过程相关分子机制研究中的应用。













研究领域

蛋白质是生命活动的主要执行者,其对生命过程的调控多通过种类复杂、时空分辨的化学修饰实现。蛋白质的化学修饰研究可以在分子水平上揭示其调控生命过程的化学本质,并发展疾病诊断和治疗的分子工具。本课题组的研究集中于蛋白质化学生物学,通过发展化学原理和工具,实现细胞和活体层次蛋白质的功能调控;设计新型蛋白质递送系统,实现活体层次蛋白质递送并探索其在疾病治疗、神经生理和病理分子机制研究中的应用。

2009年于中国科学院化学研究所获得有机化学专业博士学位(导师:张德清 研究员),2009年至2016年分别在美国犹他大学化学系(合作导师:Prof. Peter J Stang)和美国Tufts大学生物医学工程系(合作导师:Prof. Qiaobing Xu)从事博士后研究。2016年回国加入中国科学院化学研究所活体分析化学院重点实验室,任研究员、博士生导师。
主要研究方向是蛋白质化学生物学和纳米医学,通过发展化学的原理和工具,实现活体层次蛋白质化学修饰及其功能调控,并进一步探索其在肿瘤治疗、神经退行性疾病分子机制研究中的应用。迄今为止,共在PNAS, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Adv. Mater.等杂志发表学术论文60余篇,引用近4000次,h-index 33。
