教育背景：
1983.9－1987.7 北京大学化学系获理学士学位；
1987.9－1990.7 北京大学化学系有机化学专业获理学硕士学位；

工作经历：
1990.7－1999.8
在河北省药物研究所工作，先后任工程师、高级工程师，课题组长，从事新药研究与开发工作；
1996.8－1997.7
在美国Georgia Institute of Technology化学与生物学院进修，从事可卡因拮抗剂的合成和活性研究；
2002.7－现在
在中国医学科学院药物研究所工作，先后任副研究员、研究员，课题组长；2005年任博士生导师。
主要研究工作：
曾长期从事新药的研究与开发工作，主持并完成多项国家及省部级课题，成功开发了全身麻醉药、抗前列腺增生药、抗乳腺癌以及抗癫痫等多种药物；近年来主要从事创新药物的研究与开发工作，以具有强生物活性的天然产物为结构先导物，利用全合成手段，设计、合成具有生物活性的结构类似物，研究其构效关系，以期能够发现具有自主知识产权的新药，目前本课题组承担有国家“十三五”新药创制重大专项、中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程等课题。历年来发表研究论文60余篇，培养研究生20余名。
