1、生物乙醇发酵过程中乙醇胁迫问题(胁迫机制、如何提高乙醇耐受性);
2、生物乙醇发酵过程中染菌问题(利用生物法防控杂菌污染、杂菌污染对酿酒酵母细胞代谢及社会行为学的影响);
3、代谢组学及其应用;
4、核酸适配体筛选及其应用。
