个人简历
本人于2013年获得理学博士学位,2013-2015年中国科学院半导体研究所博士后,2016-2017年加州大学洛杉矶分校博士后,2015年加入材料科学与工程学院。主要从事二维材料合成、二维材料异质结的构筑及器件微纳加工、二维材料器件的电学、光学、磁学、光电、传感性质研究等。现已发表SCI论文51篇,其中第一/通讯作者SCI论文35篇,包括Nano Lett., 1篇,Appl. Phys. Rev., 2篇,ACS Nano, 2篇,Adv. Funct. Mater., 1篇等;共同作者SCI论文16篇,包括Adv. Mater., 1篇,ACS Nano, 1篇等。论文SCI他引1698次,第一作者论文单篇SCI他引最高156次,ESI高被引论文3篇。H因子23。研究成果受到RSC blog、ChemInform、维普网、CNKI等众多媒体的报道或转载。受国际著名期刊Appl. Phys. Rev.约稿,第一作者发表的综述论文被评为“引用最多论文”(most cited paper)。第一作者的Nanoscale论文被评为“热点论文”(hot article)。受邀在美国Nova Science Publishers出版的《Trends in Polyaniline Research》一书中,撰写了第十二章“Polyaniline-based sensors for gas detection”,共26页。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,北航蓝天新秀1项,北航青年拔尖人才计划1项,中国博士后科学基金一等资助1项。参与获得吉林省自然科学二等奖一项(排名第3),授权国家发明专利一项。主讲本科生课程"新型功能材料"。教育经历
