许继平，男，1979年生人，北京理工大学系统工程专业博士，北京工商大学计算机与信息工程学院副教授，研究生导师，主要研究方向为信息融合与智慧服务平台研究。北京市国家治理青年人才，北京自动化学会、中国人工智能学会会员，中国自动化学会环境感知与保护专业委员会委员，河北省环保治理运营行业协会专家组成员，河北省工业设计奖评审组成员。主持河北衡水工业新区智慧环保平台设计、北京市房山区科协综合服务平台架构设计，参与“十二五”国家科技支撑项目“重要农资供应链物流系统研究与示范”、国家重点研发计划食品安全关键技术研发专项 “粮油食品供应链危害物识别与防控技术研究”、国家自然科学基金面上项目“湖库藻类水华形成机理建模与预测方法研究”等课题，所建设的多项信息化智慧平台稳定上线运行。在专业学术期刊发表论文50余篇，其中SCI、EI收录20余篇，出版学术专著两部，获批发明专利8项、实用新型专利2项、软件著作权17项。
