张强 教授,博士生导师

张强,山东沂水人,北京师范大学二级教授、博士生导师,国家科学基金获得者,洪堡。1998年毕业于曲阜师范大学地理系,2003年南京大学博士毕业,随后在施雅风院士的指导下从事流域气候变化与水文水资源的研究工作。2005年获德国洪堡基金会“外国科学家研究金”资助(洪堡),赴德国从事科学研究一年。2007年到香港中文大学地理与资源管理系工作两年。2009年中山大学“”人才引进至中山大学地理与规划学院水资源与环境系工作。2010年获中山大学“卓越人才计划”教师特别津贴。2010年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”。2014年获国家科学基金。2015年入选科技部“中青年科技创新领军人才”。2016年北京师范大学“领军人才”引进至环境演变与自然灾害教育部重点实验室、减灾与应急管理研究院工作。长期从事流域水文水资源与流域管理、流域生态需水研究、流域旱涝灾害及可能机理、水文统计与模拟以及大尺度水汽循环对区域水资源影响等方面的研究。到目前为止,主持或参加国家自然科学基金项目、中科院知识创新工程重要方向性项目、中科院方向性重大项目、香港特别行政区资助局项目、中国博士后基金以及香港王宽诚博士后工作奖励基金等科研项目20余项。多次应邀赴美国、德国、法国、瑞典、日本、挪威、韩国、澳大利亚、斯里兰卡、新加坡、泰国、台湾以及香港等国家和地区参加学术会议、学术交流以及进行培训授课等,并两次应邀在国际学术会议上做主题学术报告(Keynote speech),在第十二、十三届中国水论坛上做主题学术报告2次,主持国际会议1次,主持国内重要学术会议专题报告会近20次。目前为止,在Journal of Geophysical Research、Journal of Hydrology、Water Resources Research、Hydrological Processes、International Journal of Climatology、Hydrological Sciences Journal、Global and Planetary Change、Quaternary International、River Research and Application、Theoretical and Applied Climatology、Journal of Hydraulic Engineering-ASCE、Stochastic Environmental Research & Risk Assessment、Geomorphology、Catena 以及地理学报、生态学报、水利学报等国内外学术期刊发表学术论文320篇,其中169篇SCI论文,第一作者(通讯作者)SCI论文151篇。SCI总引用率为3358次,SCI他引为2636次,论文H指数30。

现任北京师范大学环境演变与自然灾害教育部重点实验室主任,民政部/教育部 减灾与应急管理研究院副院长。
