何孟常,男,1963年生,博士,教授,博士生导师。1985年毕业于湖南农业大学获学士学位,1992年于浙江农业大学获硕士学位,1998年毕业于中国科学院生态环境研究中心获环境化学专业理学博士学位;1998年进入北京师范大学环境学院从事博士后研究,2000年留校工作至今。2005年8月-2006年8月在美国The Johns Hopkins University 做访问。中国矿物岩石地球化学学会环境地球化学专业委员会委员、中国环境科学学会环境风险专业委员会委员、中国土壤学会土壤环境专业委员会委员,中国管理科学学会环境管理专业委员会副主任委员。一直从事于流域水环境化学、环境土壤化学、环境微界面化学等方面研究。曾承担国家973课题、重点研发计划课题、水专项任务、环保行业公益专项、国家自然科学基金及其它省部级科研项目40余项。获教育部自然科学一等奖(2018,排名第一)、科技进步一等奖(2004,排名第二)、北京市科学技术奖一等奖、中国有色金属协会一等奖、二等奖等成果奖6项。在国内外优秀学术期刊发表科技论文200余篇,其中在EST、GCA和Water Research等SCI刊物收录150余篇,主编或参编学术著作和教材6部。
