个人简介 现任MBA教育中心副主任，教师工商管理党支部书记。
北京航空航天大学工学博士，日本一桥大学访问。
研究领域主要为信息技术与数字化企业、人力资源管理、企业创新创业等，在System Research and Behavioral Science、Expert Systems with Applications等SSCI、SCI、EI检索的国内外期刊和会议上发表多篇论文。组织并参与多项课题，包括国家自然科学基金项目、北师大自主基金项目、教改项目、横向课题等。组织参与多项企业合作项目以及企业调研项目，撰写企业案例及研究报告。
担任本科生和MBA的班主任，2018年获得北京师范大学十佳辅导员。
