北京师范大学心理学部认知神经科学与学习国家重点实验室暨IDG/麦戈文脑科学研究院教授、PI、博导，中组部青年拔尖人才。 于2010年获密歇根大学安娜堡分校心理学博士学位，获美国心理学会（APA）Dissertation Research Award。研究方向为情绪与社会认知神经科学，主要关注情绪在社会认知尤其是道德认知中的调控作用和脑机制，及其在教育、管理与公共安全等领域的应用。如负罪感、羞愧以及同情等在人类道德观及利他行为的形成中所起的调节作用；各种积极与消极社会情绪(赞赏、感激、厌恶、憎恨、嫉妒等等)在人类小群体交互行为，如竞争与合作、惩罚与奖赏、决策与博弈等行为中所发挥的影响等。现担任中国认知科学学会社会认知科学专委会常务理事，中国心理学会情绪与健康心理学分会和文化心理学分会理事，中国人工智能学会人工心理与人工情感专委会委员，国际社会神经科学学会(S4SN)中国分会理事。Frontiers in Decision Neuroscience期刊Associate editor，作为负责人承担国家社科重大项目(2项)，国家重点研发计划重点专项课题等国家级重大课题。
