1、果蔬采后生物学与保鲜技术:果品和蔬菜采后生理及代谢、成熟衰老过程的调控和贮运保鲜技术开发。
主要研究项目:(1)冬枣采后衰老调控及保鲜技术的研究;冬枣采后INA诱导抗病机理及贮藏效果的研究(2)芦笋采后木质化机理及保鲜技术的研究(3)名优特果品、蔬菜保鲜及物流的关键技术及应用研究
2、食品加工技术及资源综合利用:
以农副产品为原料研制资源综合利用技术,与企业合作推广应用研究成果。主要研究项目:(1)茶叶籽饼粕的综合利用技术(2)果蔬汁加工技术及综合利用 (3)功能性蔬菜粉加工关键技术.
