主要研究方向为农村产业经济、涉农企业经营管理、人力资源开发与管理。主持或参加科研项目20多项，其中主持北京市社科基金项目2项（北京“菜篮子”产品供应体系风险管理与控制研究、北京农村产业发展研究），自然基金项目1项（北京郊区（县）农业科技创新能力形成与评价研究），北京市创新团队绩效管理研究，主持完成各类综合性、专业性规划项目10多项，发表学术论文40多篇。出版《现代农业与循环经济》（“十一五”国家重点图书规划项目）、《北京农村产业发展理论与实践》（北京市哲学社会科学“十一五”规划项目）、《新农村建设中的农村产业发展研究》等专著9部。主编或参编《涉农企业经营管理》（全国高等农林院校“十一五”规划教材）、《物流采购与供应管理》（国家级规划教材）、《发展经济学》、《农业经济管理学》等多部教材。
主要讲授《发展经济学》、《人力资源管理学》、《现代物流学》、《电子商务》等课程。

李萍，女，副教授。主要研究领域为技术创新管理及评价、涉农企业管理、中小企业管理等方向。任教以来从事财务管理、高级财务管理、税法、投资项目评估、生产运作管理、ERP等课程的教学工作。作为骨干参加国家自然科学基金课题、北京自然科学基金课题等10余项；主持校人文社科重点课题、企业横向课题等3项；发表论文10余篇；主要教学及科研成果：主编教材《财务管理》，副主编教材《管理学》，参编国家十一五规划教材《投资项目评估》。第一编著《基于财务管理的中小企业税务筹划研究》（2010）、第二编著《大学生村官的使命与创业》（2009），第三编著《城郊农村如何办好集体企业和民营企业》、《城郊农村如何搞好农产品贸易》（2006）。
