北京第二外国语学院酒店管理系副教授。研究领域是网络营销和价值共创，共有12篇英文论文发表，包括达拉斯24刊之一Journal of Marketing, 金融时报认定的50刊Journal of the Academy Marketing Science和Journal f Business Ethics以及Information and Management等。
硕士和博士是在对外经济贸易大学毕业，博士期间在佛罗里达州立大学访学一年。是国家自然科学基金青年项目以及北京市属高校高水平教师队伍建设支持计划--青年拔尖人才培育计划项目的获得者。另外，任任中国高等院校市场学研究会宣传部秘书长，也是Information and Management, and International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management的匿名审稿人。
Shuang (Sara) Ma
Shuang (Sara) Ma isan Associate Professor at Beijing International Studies University. Her research area is in online marketing and co-creation. She has 12 SSCI publications including Journal of Marketing (UTD24), Journal of the Academy Marketing Science (FT50), Journal of Business Ethics (FT50), Information and Management. She holds a master and doctorate in Business School from University of International Business and Economics in China. She was a visiting student of Florida State Univeristy, USA.
She won the title of High-level Young Talents in Beijing's Universities.She is the host of China National Funds for Distinguished Young Scientists (No.71725003). She serves as a reviewer of Information and Management, and International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management (USA).
